Elle Graham-Dixon is a strategy director and partner at BBH where she leads strategy on the Virgin Media account and the Refuge Against Domestic Violence charity pro bono.
Elle started her career at POKE where she championed bespoke social effectiveness reporting for Orange. Later at Elvis she worked closely with Facebook and Mondelez to prove ROI from social; work that she continued at Karmarama for General Mills and Emmi brands.
At Karmarama Elle led BBC Youth strategy, rebranding both Radio 1 and 1 Xtra, leading to shifts in their advertising models away from above the line advertising towards increasing their digital and real world presence.
As well as being an IPA Social Works peer panel member, Elle is an IPA Woman of Tomorrow finalist, Effies judge, writer / blogger, and also leads a series of equality in advertising initiatives at BBH.
