Anni Noel-Johnson

As Director of Customer Marketing and Analytics, Anni overseas Data Science, Analytics and Research, Pricing, CRM and Loyalty teams at Farfetch. The focus is on creating digital marketing solutions to engage with Farfetch’s fast growing global customer base. Since joining Farfetch in January 2012, Anni has held the roles of Strategy and Operations Manager and Head of CRM and Customer Insights; contributing to shaping Farfetch’s global digital marketing strategy and initiatives. With over 10 years’ experience, Anni previously worked as a consultant for Bain & Company in their London and Hong Kong offices. Anni holds an MA (Hons) from University of Edinburgh and an MBA from INSEAD.
