Pete Conolly

Pete began his career in Los Angeles as an artist and programmer, creating interactive installations and large-scale sculptures in America and Europe among other pursuits.
During that time, he founded UCLA's prestigious Creative Technology Lab, teaching media arts and physical computing to graduate students at the School of Design and Media Arts. He went on to co-found the Hollywood design company URGE. With subsequent Creative Director positions at Goodby, Dare, The Nike Foundation, and now MPC Creative, Pete has strived to push the boundaries of art, design, technology and commerce across a variety of different media. He’s created visual effects and virtual characters, directed TV and viral commercials, designed wearable electronic devices and helped to launch an Ethiopian girl band and radio show.
