Nikki Austen

A graduate of UCA with a degree in Graphic & Design Communication, Nikki’s has honed her craft working client side, agency side with some of the world’s best known brands, including Apple, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, MTV, Nestlé, Nike, Nokia and The Body Shop, where her role as Global Creative Director saw her lead the international strategy, innovation and design studios.
Nikki is passionate about helping brands and businesses to unlock their full strategic, creative, and commercial potential. Ensuring they are future-proofed for success and resonant in the lives of the audiences they exist to serve.
Over the last 8 years she has focused on supporting clients in their endeavours to both innovate and be more innovative, developing proprietary and progressive tools and approaches that focus on identifying evolutionary and revolutionary products, services and infrastructures that deliver new value to the overall brand perception and the bottom-line.
