Alison Moore is Chief Revenue Officer at SoundCloud, a role she assumed in March 2016. In her role, Moore is responsible for driving SoundCloud’s global monetization strategy which includes its consumer subscription products and the diversification of its ad sales strategy and operations. In addition to her monetization responsibilities, Moore oversees the development and execution of SoundCloud’s marketing and communications strategy. Moore is based in SoundCloud’s New York office and reports to Alexander Ljung, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining SoundCloud, Moore was the General Manager and Executive Vice President of TV Everywhere, NBCUniversal where she was responsible for overseeing TV Everywhere Strategy, Consumer Marketing, Partnerships and Product Strategy/Development across NBCU’s portfolio of cable, broadcast, sports and news networks.
From November 2012 – April 2014, Moore served as the General Manager of NBCUniversal’s DailyCandy, running the business and operations of its digital women’s lifestyle brand. Prior to assuming her role at DailyCandy, Moore was Senior Vice President of Digital Products at HBO, where she led the consumer experience, digital content strategy and day to day operations of HBO’s digital platforms: HBO GO, HBO.com, HBO Social Platforms and HBO On Demand. Moore began her career in Atlanta, GA with Turner Broadcasting.
Throughout her career, Moore has received various awards and accolades including: Woman To Watch by CableFax award, selected as one of Broadcast & Cable’s Digital All Stars, and named to The Hollywood Reporter’s Digital Top 50 List.
