Leo Rayman

Leo was promoted to Grey London's CEO in June 2016. His appointment caps an impressive rise at the agency for the renowned strategist, who joined from adam&eveDDB as Head of Planning in 2013 before being promoted to Chief Strategy Officer two years later. Prior to the merger between the two agencies, Leo was Head of Planning at Adam & Eve, responsible for strategy on Foster’s, YouTube, Phones4U, John Lewis and Lastminute.com.
Before joining Adam & Eve, Leo ran the Volkswagen business across digital, advertising and retail at DDB. Leo has wide integrated marketing experience, having launched a strategic planning function across Europe for Weber Shandwick, the world’s leading PR network. He also spent five years at brand and CRM consultancy, Zalpha, part of the WWAV Rapp Collins Group.
Leo is also chairman of the IPA Strategy Group, tasked with improving the quality of business and brand advice given by UK agencies.
