Paul Rowlinson

Paul is UK Managing Director of [m]Platform, GroupM’s advanced technology suite of flexible media planning applications, data analytics and digital services. m]Platform draws on the most detailed consumer data available to create a single customer view that drives market-leading insights and results for clients, delivered via a combination of technology products, services (programmatic, data & analytics) and outcome-based media.

Prior to joining GroupM in February 2017, Paul was COO of Mindshare UK for 4 years, responsible for its operational development and business growth. Previously Paul had been Head of Investment at Mindshare UK for 3 years, having joined as a Media Buyer in 2004. Before Mindshare, Paul planned and bought across all media at Starcom for 6 years, having started his media career as a TV Buyer at CIA/IDK in 1995.
