Leo Rayman

Leo has a pretty diverse Planning background. He started in CRM where he learnt all about Data Planning and Segmentation before moving into advertising at DDB London. In 2008 he left advertising to set up the first pan-European Planning department in a PR network agency, Weber Shandwick. Leo was tempted back to Tribal DDB to run the integrated Volkswagen account, linking up the planning across web, mobile, social, retail and brand advertising. During 2009 Leo also set up a successful Social Media business within DDB. In 2011 Leo left DDB to join adam&eve as Head of Planning, working with Foster’s, YouTube, Phones4u and Diageo. In 2012 Leo found himself back in Paddington, working for the newly merged adam&eveDDB, and in 2013 joined Grey London as Head of Planning.
