Lee Ramsay

Lee is Head of Innovation at Initiative UK. He is responsible for developing a creative and ideas-led agency environment and connecting innovation cultures across global offices and partners.

Always with an eye on the future, he helps brands navigate the modern media landscape – and has fostered partnerships with a number of tech companies, including start-up accelerator The Bakery, to help find and apply new technologies to the agency creative culture.

An industry veteran, Lee has held a number of strategic planning roles at agencies including UM, Rocket, Starcom MediaVest and Frukt, and spent two years as Branded Content Director at The Dazed Group.

Prior to joining Initiative he led the creative and strategic innovation thinking for clients at Carat, contributing to multiple award wins.

During his 17-year career, Lee has worked with many leading brands including Stella Artois, Tesco, Levi\'s, Bacardi Martini, Guinness, Smirnoff, Gap, L\'Oréal and Disney.
