Rand Harbert

Rand joined State Farm in 1992 as an agent. After serving in various leadership positions, he was appointed to his current role in 2013. Prior to joining State Farm, he served in various roles at H.J. Heinz and Marion Merrell Dow. Named by Business Insider to its “50 Most Innovative CMOs” list in both 2016 and 2017, Rand has led a complete transformation of the State Farm logo and overall brand positioning.
A graduate of the University of Central Missouri, Rand earned an MBA from Webster University and graduated from the General Management program at the Harvard Business School.
