As a bilingual/bicultural communications professional striving to make a difference in the industry, Fyonna is recognized as a true “culture creator” by her colleagues. Her most recent accomplishments include being elected as a Cultural Connector within an integrated agency model and her nomination for the LatinX Up & Comer Award from the Chicago Latino Network.

Fyonna’s work is guided by her enthusiasm to celebrate life as it truly is and discover life as it could be. Her background as a Strategist spans over the areas of content, branding, design, innovation and retail. As an Associate Director of Strategy, Fyonna currently leads the Retail Experience Strategy team at TMS working specifically with the McDonald’s corporate retail team.
