André’s career has focused on Loyalty, Marketing and Customer Intelligence primarily in the travel industry as an innovation seeker focused on customer experience and on ROI. He has been at LATAM Airlines since he left the coalition program Multiplus, where he focused on CRM and the creation of dynamic pricing and financial products.

At LATAM, Andre has been working on experience and customer segmentation through research, life-time value and long term economic impact models.
