David manages strategy and process for Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search for General Motors globally. He is also an active member of the Media Ratings Council and Mobile Marketing Association.

David Spencer is responsible for leading audience buying strategy across brands for General Motors, advancing global programmatic capabilities, defining strategy for Advanced TV, and managing global paid social and paid search standards.
