Christie Raymond

Christie is responsible for Customer Insights, Customer and Marketing Analytics, Customer Strategy, Media Planning and Execution, as well as driving Kohl's Personalization and Loyalty initiatives. Prior to joining Kohl’s, Christie spent nearly 20 years intermittently with Disney Parks and Resorts, most recently serving as SVP, Consumer Insight, Measurement and Analytics where she was responsible for enhancing the customer experience through consumer insights and analytics and maximizing the value of investments. During her time at Disney, Christie served in a number of leadership positions including Vice President of Digital Marketing, Director of Digital Marketing and Director of Media and Technology, among other roles.
