Justin Pertschuk

Justin Pertschuk is a digital marketing pioneer with over 20 years of experience building campaigns that engage audiences. Justin has spent most of those two decades studio side, working for his favorite client, movies – over 300 of them, across 3 major studios.
Justin joined Universal Studios in 2017 and currently oversees digital theatrical marketing alongside EVP Alex Sanger for Universal Pictures. Previous to Universal, he was Head of Digital Marketing at DreamWorks Animation and before that, President of 42 Entertainment, a groundbreaking and award-winning trans-media agency.
Prior to 42 Entertainment, Justin was an eleven-year Disney veteran, leading the studio’s early digital marketing efforts, establishing their first social media profiles, and developing their first iPhone app. Justin also holds a patent for a now very obsolete digital ticketing technology that he co-developed while at Disney, enabling audiences to search for movie tickets over AOL dial-up connection.
