Melissa Lavigne-Delville

Melissa is the founder and CEO of Culture Co-op, a boutique research group that investigates and brings to life the biggest trends impacting Gen Zs and Millennials. As one of the foremost experts on culture and trends, Melissa has worked with brands including Spotify, Marriott International, BuzzFeed, PepsiCo, Hulu, and National Park Foundation, among others. Her work has been featured on the Today Show and in the New York Times, Fast Company, and TIME. Culture Co-op produces Humanly, an annual insights publication that offers an immersion into young people’s lives today and a filter for where culture is headed next. Prior to Culture Co-op, Melissa was a vice president at NBCUniversal, where she launched trends publication and film series, The Curve, and an executive at Creative Artists Agency.

Melissa is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and lives in Sausalito with her husband and three awesome kids.
