Toshiya Hasegawa is the Head of Japan Market Development at Snap, where he leads strategic partnerships, community development, and overall ecosystem initiatives that support the growth of Snap in Japan. Toshiya began his career at Sony as a Software Engineer. He joined Amazon Japan in 2013 where he managed Content Operation to launch Amazon Instant Video in Japan, followed by managing the mobile shopping product. He joined Facebook Japan in 2017 where he was responsible for the product growth and contributed to the growth of Facebook and Instagram. He joined Snap in August of 2021.
