The pandemic has changed retail habits and sped up the adoption of ecommerce for brands and consumers. However, marketers need to ensure they are providing a satisfying omnichannel shopping experience as the desire for real-life experiences has also returned shoppers in-store.
As consumer anxiety around cost-of-living pressures increases, the research highlights influences, expectations and decision-making processes for retailer and brand choice. The research will be presented by Martin Filz (CEO at Pureprofile) and Natalie Stanbury (Director of Research at IAB Australia).
Following the presentation, Sean Bone (General Manager, ecommerce at GroupM) will join Martin and Natalie in a discussion on the implications of the insights for retail and product marketing.
