Michael Stanford

Michael is Head of Initiative Studio, a dedicated team focused on connecting to consumers through brand experiences, social, digital, and commercial content. Michael began his career as a writer in creative agencies becoming the Executive Creative director of GPY&R, McCann and Publicis Mojo.

His passion for media and content led to his role as the Creative Director of Network Ten’s highly successful commercial content division, with award winning content for Lipton Ice Tea, Budget Direct, and the first digital content series for Modern Family Michael co-wrote with Steve Levitan.

Cracking the code between entertainment and effective marketing is something that inspires Michael and he is proud of building around him a team of people throughout his career who share his energy and optimism for the power of compelling content and what creativity can unlock. Michael has authored three books and continues to write every day.
