Lucielle Vardy

Lucielle is an awarded strategist and Chartered Marketer with over 19 years of experience working across the media, marketing and advertising industries. Her most recent role was as Emotive Content CSO and prior to that she was Executive Planning Director of GPY&R Australia. She has worked across a variety of categories and also on large-scale behaviour change campaigns for Govt, one of which remains the most effective Transport for NSW campaigns of all time. Notably, she has worked on a campaign for Nobel Laureate Al Gore to address climate change inaction, helped launch the Virgin Mobile start-up in the South African market and developed a proprietary research tool: RECON. Lucielle has been awarded the national B&T Women in Media: Strategy award and has won a number of industry awards including Emerging Agency of the Year 2017 and Specialist Agency of the Year 2018 with the team at Emotive. A firm believer in building young talent in the industry Lucielle is also a Mentor for the Communications Council.
