Angela Richards

Angela is currently acting Chief Marketing Officer for KFC SOPAC, leading a passionate team responsible for all marketing and communications activities for the KFC brand, with annual turnover of nearly $2 billion.
Angela has held a number of marketing roles across Yum’s KFC and Pizza Hut brands since 2005 spearheading initiatives including KFC’s first e-commerce website and Yum’s flexible working arrangements.
She is passionate about ensuring KFC that lives in culture through its use of media. She has driven KFC’s multi-million dollar sponsorship strategy across all media for the last 4 years, including KFC’s annual cricket sponsorship.
Her key strengths are in collaborative stakeholder management, and the development and execution of brand, media and retail strategy. She has been instrumental in driving unprecedented sales and customer growth for KFC SOPAC for the past 7 years.
Angela has also worked in marketing positions including Mattel and Goodman Fielder in Australia and the UK.
