Known for his sharp instincts and ability to build strong relationships with radio programmers, DJs, and tastemakers across the country, Jeff has earned his spot in shaping Hip Hop History by helping position Luke Records as a pioneering force in hip-hop, Miami bass, and beyond.
He later transitioned to an Executive at Bad Boy Entertainment, where he worked closely with Artists and Managers for day to day tasks, as well as creative teams to shape cultural moments through music, live events, and branded partnerships.
