Kerry Sette

Kerry Sette is Vice President, Head of Consumer Insights & Research and member of the
executive leadership team at Voya Financial. Kerry oversees brand health, advertising communications, business strategy, product, thought leadership and customer experience research across all business lines and enterprise functions. Prior to Voya, Kerry was EVP and Group Research Director at Ogilvy (WPP), where she led the agency's global research practice.

A recognized speaker on consumer trends, innovation and inclusion, Kerry has been featured on DCIIA Academic & Innovation Forums, EBRI, Insights Association and ESOMAR. Her insights and thought leadership have been published in Ad Age, Barron’s, Forbes, WSJ, NYT, Bloomberg, and Businessweek to name a few. Kerry serves on the board of the National Down Syndrome Society and Hofstra University’s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.
