Robin Lickliter serves as Chief Experience Officer at Sparks, a global brand experience agency. Robin is responsible for overseeing Sparks’ Experience Division inclusive of Strategy, Sponsorship, Experience Operations and Event Production— focusing on driving meaningful connections that captivate, inspire, and deliver measurable marketing results. She has collaborated with many Fortune 1000 clients; Anheuser-Busch, AWS, Booking.com, Google, Netflix, Salesforce and T-Mobile. Under her purview, the division has seen annual revenue growth and national agency recognition, including Sparks being named ADWEEK's Experiential Agency of the Year, a Campaign US Agency of the Year finalist, and one of Chief Marketer’s Agencies of the Year for 2025.
