Jon Mansell

Jon Mansell is Vice President, U.S. Demand for FreeWheel, a global technology platform for the
TV advertising industry. In this role, Jon oversees demand facilitation and integrated revenue
across the company. In partnership with its publisher partners, his team curates the full value of
FreeWheel’s media footprint, innovates upon bidder integrations, and consults as an advisory
service for agencies and marketers.
Prior to this role, Jon served as Vice President, Head of Programmatic Sales at WarnerBros
Discovery, where he oversaw programmatic advertising sales across WBD’s portfolio of news
and entertainment brands.
With more than 15 years of advertising technology and programmatic investment experience,
Jon has a deep understanding of the complexity and the opportunities for the streaming
ecosystem. Previously, Jon served as senior vice president at IPG and has also held roles in
RTB Operations and Campaign Management at PubMatic and GroupM, respectively.
