Marie-Jeanne Matei

Marie-Jeanne Matei leads Ferrero’s US eCommerce business organization, including sales, digital marketing and e-retail execution for both pure-play and omnichannel retailers. She manages joint business planning negotiations and multiyear strategy, driving opportunities for online growth through innovation and improved brand positioning. Internally, she is leading a multi-year enterprise-wide program to develop key supporting capabilities, including the right tools, data, processes and organization to enable the eCommerce acceleration for the US market and globally.

Additionally, Marie-Jeanne leads the Omnichannel Shopper Experience strategy and execution, bringing together holistic customer marketing programs to reach and convert shoppers across their path to purchase, both online and in-store.
