Jessica Grasso is a highly accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in omnichannel strategies, consumer promotions, and brand building. As Senior Manager of Omnichannel Marketing and Shopper Activation at Bayer Consumer Healthcare, she leads national marketing strategies for the company’s Consumer Health Portfolio. Her notable achievements include driving Bayer’s largest portfolio event, which resulted in an 18% sales lift, a 3.4% share growth, and a new go-to-market approach for 2024 and 2025.  Jessica’s expertise in creating scalable omnichannel programs and identifying capability gaps has significantly contributed to Bayer’s market leadership.
