Alice Ma is the co-founder and CEO of Mad Realities, a pioneering entertainment company producing social-first, original programming for the digital generation. With a focus on community-driven content, Mad Realities has built a loyal audience across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and its own streaming site – amassing over 700 million views on social media. Often described as the “MTV of the internet generation,” the company is redefining how audiences engage with interactive entertainment.

Previously, Alice was a core contributor to ConstitutionDAO, a historic initiative that raised $53 million in just seven days to bid on a copy of the U.S. Constitution—advocating for public ownership and access to historic documents.

Earlier in her career, Alice’s first company was recognized with a Medal from the U.S. Department of the Treasury for its innovative software product. Alice is fluent in 5 to 8 languages and is deeply committed to continue building the future of interactive media.
