Matthias Rothensee

Dr. Matthias Rothensee oversees scientific methods and innovation development at Eye Square. His research focuses on the implicit impact of advertising, emotions, and visual perception. An expert in media research for global brands, he focuses on the role of AI in market research.
Matthias designed the award-winning Screenforce study “Mapping the Impact”, which won the Horizont Real Impact Award in 2023. He also studied “multiscreening behavior worldwide” for Meta in 2018.
He gives presentations at conferences such as dmexco and IIeX and publishes in trade journals such as the Journal of Consumer Marketing, the European Business Review, and the Social Science Computer Review.
He is also a lecturer on advertising psychology and research methods.
