Marlea drives marketing strategy for Stella Rising, transforming how the agency connects with clients and markets. Over her 10+ year tenure, she has developed innovative content initiatives to establish Stella as a thought leader, including longitudinal Beauty, Grocery, and Health research and the StellaVision webinar series. In recognition, she was named a Digiday Content Marketer of the Year finalist. Her vision led to creating Glimmer, Stella's proprietary insights community, deepening consumer understanding and driving agency differentiation. She has spoken at organizations like CEW, WWD, and Google's independent agency roundtable. Prior experience includes leadership roles at American Express and Luminary Labs.
