Kaitlyn Barclay

Kaitlyn is the CEO and co-founder of Scout Lab, an acclaimed creative communications agency that works with scaling disruptor brands, as well as global players like Adidas, Wix, Venmo and Casetify. She volunteers her time as the Data Director of Do The WeRQ, an organization that aims to increase queer creativity and representation in the marketing industry. Her writing has also been featured in Adweek, McSweeney’s, Glamour, Fast Company. Before Scout Lab, Kaitlyn led acquisition marketing at Levi Strauss after selling her startup to ClassPass in 2015. She has her MBA from Columbia Business School.
