Jenny Penich leads Influencer’s operations in the U.S. to accelerate growth, deliver best in class client services on a global scale, and move the marketing industry forward by humanizing brands.

In this role, she's doubling down on the full potential of Influencer’s human-first approach to marketing through its unparalleled expertise in creating authentic connections between brands and creators. Leveraging her operational experience, she has stood up a culture committed to unlocking innovation, creativity, and cultural insights to create human-first relationships between creators and brands. She joined Influencer in 2023 from VICE Media where she served as the SVP of Commercial for NA, overseeing and optimizing revenue, operations and strategic partnerships for its digital publishing business.

Her tenure in publishing also includes leadership roles at Refinery29 and Time Inc. She’s a member of CHIEF, She Runs It and an auxiliary board member for Barrington Youth & Family Services.
