Steve Silvestri leads Locality's data strategy and innovation team to help transform Locality as a destination for advertisers’ local streaming, digital omnichannel, and broadcast video needs. He drives efforts to meet the evolving needs of advanced, localized data solutions, from addressable audiences to key partnerships, allowing brands to leverage insights and reach local audiences with precision to boost engagement and consumer action.

Over the last 15 years, Steve has focused on data-driven solutions with major media brands and has been instrumental in the growth and adoption of advanced advertising on a national scale. At Warner Bros. Discovery, he led go-to-market ad monetization and sales strategy, launching their first-party data platform that empowers agencies and advertisers to target audiences across linear and streaming. At DIRECTV, he led the teams that pioneered the industry’s first linear addressable advertising product, enabling 1:1 audience targeting nationally.
