Carolyn Xu has been in the advertising space for close to two decades, focusing on the political
media arena for over a decade.

Seeing the need for diversity in the industry, in 2017, she cofounded Media Fortitude Partners, a female led - minority owned media buying firm that uses the experiences of women and people of color to help clients shape their campaigns.
