Michelle's illustrious career journey began in Chicago, where she served in various marketing and digital roles at Fortune 50 giants, Allstate Insurance Company and Walgreens. Fueled by her unyielding passion for digital innovation, she quickly ascended the ranks, leaving an indelible mark on Walgreens by driving the company's digital capabilities and catapulting it from a Brik and mortar brand to an online Pharma retailer.

Eager to expand her horizons, Michelle ventured into the world of consultancy at Accenture, all while diligently pursuing her MBA from Emory University. Her strategic brilliance was on full display at Merkle, where she led the social practice for a while and sled strategy for renowned brands such as Walt Disney World, Marriott, Royal Caribbean, USAA, Samsung, and DirectTV.

As the Head of Media and Customer Acquisition at Choice Hotels International, Michelle blazed a trail by establishing a digital center of excellence, propelling the company to record-breaking revenue. Her dedication to excellence and innovative thinking has consistently set her apart in the industry.

Beyond the boardroom, Michelle is a mom-in-chief, a tennis enthusiast, a dedicated runner, and a seasoned globetrotter. When not working, she is giving back to the industry by serving as a board member for the Ad Club of New York. She is also a passionate advocate for women, BIPOC individuals, and anyone in need of a voice as evidenced by her recently serving as the Chairwoman of the Global Belonging Council at Essencemediacom.
