Jill Hamilton

As Vice President, Global Media at American Express, Jill is responsible for driving brand consideration and demand for Amex products and services, while overseeing media strategy across all platforms and ensuring brand safety, to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. In her role she drives thought leadership and creativity on campaign strategies and data driven media plans to deliver optimal program performance. In the past year she and her team have launched multiple new product and brand initiatives across business and consumer campaigns, including “Built for Business” and “Member When.”

Jill joined American Express from Centro, an ad tech company, where she was the Vice President of Media Strategy & Operations. Earlier in her career, she held various roles developing innovative media strategies for brands such as AT&T, L'Oréal, American Airlines, and Motorola, winning multiple awards including Adweek’s Media Plan of the Year in 2014.
