Jocelin Schultz

Jocelin is currently the Head of Media and Digital Capabilities for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health business. In this role she leads a high performing team of digital and media trailblazers responsible for building J&J Consumer Health’s overall North America Media capabilities, including operations/processes, planning & strategy across media and digital capabilities. Jocelin has helped to evolve the marketing organization into one driven by performance with a focus on driving improvements in total media ROI (looking at improving both efficiency AND effectiveness) by creating new approaches to planning, innovation, education and strategic partnerships across the consumer health portfolio. She is also helping to advance the organization’s digital-first capabilities with dedicated focus on recruiting and developing best-in-class marketing talent.

A passionate disrupter and change-maker, Jocelin spent about half of her 15+ year career at Unilever working across the US, UK and Netherlands before returning to the US to join the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health business in 2015. Across her career she’s focused on developing brands and products that people love by translating data and insights into actionable marketing mixes that deliver results. She’s had the amazing opportunity to work on several Billion-dollar brands in food, personal care and OTC categories including Hellmann’s, Knorr, and Johnson’s Baby.

Originally from California, Jocelin loves challenging the status quo and embraces an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires and enables change – both big and small. When not focusing on all things digital marketing, you may find her on some kind of food-inspired travel with her husband and two boys or maybe prepping for a wine tasting, having earned her level one sommelier certificate a couple years ago.
