Tiffany Southwell

Developing new products is Tiffany Southwell’s professional passion. As Catalina’s vice president of out-of-home (OOH) media, Tiffany is responsible for Catalina’s vision and strategy in the space. She pioneered their entrance into OOH in 2020 as a new media channel with their Place-based Media Network. Today she guides their innovation across a suite of OOH specific products, including their latest purchase-based audience and sales lift measurement tools.

Leading up to her current role, Tiffany utilized her 15 years of management experience across product, technology, and operations to launch a multi-channel content management system for a multimillion dollar media organization. She effectively led the adoption of new organizational structures and processes supporting the platform rollout.

Underpinning Tiffany’s achievements is her ability to lead cross-functional teams to success. Those skills also come in handy at home as she has four children who share her passion for travel.
