Since joining NBCUniversal in 2017, Ashley has hired and scaled the company’s inaugural advanced advertising sales team and capabilities. A seasoned sales leader, Ashley has built a best-in-class, hyper-growth advanced advertising business that spans programmatically enabled OTT buys across NBCUniversal’s premium streaming content—including NBCUniversal’s direct-to-consumer streaming service, Peacock—and data-driven linear buys across NBCUniversal’s national TV portfolio, as well as the company’s recently launched advanced audience cross-platform activation framework that is helping to drive the industry toward total video convergence.
