Angela Dalton

Angela Dalton founded Signum Growth Capital, an M&A and capital raising firm, and also invests at the intersection of video gaming, esports, culture, blockchain tech, NFTs, and the emergence of digital economies in “the Metaverse.” She served as a Managing Director for three investment banking firms - UBS, Evercore and Guggenheim Partners - and has 20 years of experience in Technology, Media and Telecom capital markets. At Evercore, she was an initial investor and Co-Founder of the Equities business in 2010, building out its Research, Sales and Trading teams prior to Evercore’s acquisition of ISI. Signum Growth Capital serves as Lead Advisor to ARK Invest and to the Web3 Foundation on the launch of Polkadot. Angie serves on the Advisory Boards of Mythical Games, a next generation AAA video game company, the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, and MyNFT in London. She serves as a Venture Partner for Griffin Gaming Partners in LA. Education: BS and a BA from The University of Kansas, MBA from The University of Chicago.
