FaZe Clan Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Jeff Pabst is leading the company’s business, defining it as the most culturally relevant vehicle for brands to enter the gaming space. He’s developing the monetization roadmap to make the gaming organization more profitable by creating what he sees as the future model for gaming entertainment. Pabst’s innovative approach works - in his first 18 months at the company, he’s grown the ad revenue business tenfold.
With more than 15 years of gaming, mobile technology, SaaS and brand advertising expertise, Pabst oversees all revenue and advertising partnerships at FaZe Clan and spearheaded the development of a world class sales team. To date, Pabst has executed a number of creative and impactful ad programs with a number of Fortune 500 brands, including Beats by Dr. Dre, GFUEL, and Verizon. In 2019, Pabst orchestrated Nissan’s first foray into the gaming marketplace, shifting the automotive brand’s favorability and performance among gamers.

Prior to joining FaZe Clan, Pabst served as Head of US Sales for the popular mobile music app Shazam. He played a critical role in structuring and negotiating unique partnerships with major Fortune 100 brands. When Shazam was acquired by Apple in 2018, Pabst guided Shazam’s US revenue organization through the acquisition integration process. In addition, he spent six career defining years working at technology startup ShareThis where his team grew a small business from the ground up to $60M in annual revenue.
Pabst is a graduate of University of California, Davis and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
