As Chief Data Officer, Laura McElhinney is a key member of Horizon’s Governance Committee and leader of the agency’s, Media Technology and Data Team. Laura has extensive experience in creating and guiding clients through data enriched strategic solutions across a multitude of industries and product categories. Her experience includes 25+ years in the media and agency business which brings together a unique blend of industry knowledge, technological support, and development as well as client-side business consultancy.  In leveraging this extensive background, Laura has spearheaded the implementation of a State-of-the-Art data technology platform that seamlessly integrates, analyzes and distributes enhanced client level data that is both meaningful and actionable throughout the entire data driven ecosystem.
