MyKhanh Shelton

MyKhanh Shelton is SVP, Equity and Inclusion at WarnerMedia. She is responsible for leading workforce and production safety and inclusion initiatives and working with the Human Resources team and business units to create equitable systems, foster an inclusive culture, and strengthen capabilities to recruit, retain, and advance underrepresented groups. She dives into the work of equity and inclusion to create genuine, sustainable diversity.

Previously, Shelton led the programs, content, and training related to inclusion and anti-harassment for the 22,000 employees of 21st Century Fox, where she helped guide culture and policies to create safer spaces for historically marginalized employees.

Shelton serves on the board of Facing History and Ourselves, an international non-profit that engages students in an examination of racism, prejudice, and antisemitism to promote the development of a more humane and informed citizenry. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
