Nikhil Sharma

Nikhil leads insights & analytics for Roundel, Target's media company. He is responsible for the overall strategy and global operation to deliver world class digital campaigns for advertisers, in partnership with agencies and technology providers.

Nikhil has 22 years of progressive, global leadership experience in the FMCG, Retail and Financial Services industries. Most recently, he led the consumer analytics business for Nielsen in North America, managing initiatives related to segmentation, personalization and loyalty. He was previously a management consultant with A.T. Kearney.

Nikhil holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
