Krystal Olivieri

Krystal is the Global Chief Innovation Officer of GroupM and is one of the “50 most indispensable executives in media, marketing and tech” according to Adweek. At GroupM Krystal focuses on bring innovative products and processes to life for GroupM agencies, communities, and clients.
As the CIO, Krystal leads GroupM’s data ethics approach anchored in the philosophy of “just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.” She has long been on the forefront of our industry and brings a future-focused approach to GroupM’s technical investments. Krystal also sits on the client steering committees of some of the largest media companies in the world and has led the co-development of several notable capabilities that are becoming industry solutions.
Krystal has been a GroupM veteran of more than six years — starting in GroupM’s advanced programmatic media arm Xaxis and has played roles at Omnicom Media Group and NDN, Inc.
She currently lives on Long Island with her beloved Frenchie Gus.
