Jessica Spaulding
Jessica has spent a decade at Pepsico in a variety of Marketing positions, covering brands across functional beverages, food and snacks. She’s most recently taken on the role of “Queen Che” leading the Cheetos brand where she launched their first ever 60 second spot at Super Bowl LV.
Recognized as a creative disruptor Jessica has taken a non-traditional approach to successfully grow brands like Gatorade, Quaker, Cap’n Crunch and Stacy’s. From redefining target audiences to championing breakthrough digital content and influencer relationships she’s helped reconnect these brands, which carry deep emotional connections, with the consumers who love them.
Prior to PepsiCo, Jessica worked in strategic consulting with McKinsey & Co in the US and European CPG Practices. She began her career in advertising, where she held roles in account planning and brand consulting. She holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Jessica currently resides in Dallas and is a proud aunt to 10 nieces and nephews. She also enjoys Arsenal soccer and is a passionate sneaker collector.
