Amy Pascal

For two decades, Amy has been at the forefront of the marketing industry leading brands through marketing transformations at global companies, Weber, LEGO and Johnson & Johnson and agencies, R/GA and TBWA Worldwide. She is known for being an innovative and strategic thinker who transforms brands through storytelling in the digital age. She is passionate about developing talent and building world-class marketing teams.

Currently, Amy is the Vice President, Head of Marketing for Weber in the U.S. She is responsible for all aspects of Weber’s marketing efforts, including product marketing, brand management, digital, experiential, customer marketing, the Weber Stores and culinary Grill Academies.

Since joining Weber in 2020, Amy has built the US Marketing team from the ground up and developed new capabilities such as product marketing, CRM, social and influencer marketing.
