Roberto Ruiz

Roberto Ruiz is Executive Vice President of Research, Insights and Analytics at Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), the leading media company serving Hispanic America. Ruiz works with a team of marketing and analytics experts whose goal is to help corporations capitalize on the US Hispanic consumer as a source of growth. The team drives all aspects of marketing, from audience research to consumer insights to building the business case for brands, using syndicated and custom research tools. Recent projects include work on Spanish Language TV ROI, the development of a real-time Hispanic Economic Sentiment tracker in partnership with Civic Science, as well as several custom stories related to COVID and Hispanic consumer and media behavior.

Ruiz holds an MBA in International Business and a MA in International Economics from The George Washington University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
