Esteban Ribero

Esteban Ribero is Performics’ Senior Vice President, Planning & Insights. He is a self-professed “behavior architect” who combines behavioral science with marketing best practices and systems thinking to connect people to ideas, experiences and brands. He is a creative strategist, a psychologist and a systems thinker. As such, Esteban is the driving force behind Performics Intent Lab, a strategic research partnership with Northwester University and the agency's Intent-Based Planning.
