Caiti Donovan

Caiti Donovan is a global strategist and entrepreneur. She has spent more than 15 years working in sales, strategic marketing, digital media, and data technology. This includes experience at major media companies like Viacom and Spotify, where she developed regional and global strategies and insight-first narratives which have been recognized by organizations like MediaPost and AdAge. Caiti has founded/co-founded three companies, including her current nonprofit organization, SheIS. She has led endeavors that have driven more than $20 million in revenue/funds raised in the past five years alone, and campaigns that have been seen by more than 1 billion people.
Having lived in 14 cities across four continents, Caiti is a strong advocate for empowering people through embracing cultural diversity. She spends her free time training for half marathons (or the occasional marathon) with her fiancé or playing with her dachshund mix, Ava.
